- When we try to accept the SB transactions i..e, deposits and withdrawals we generally get the error"W0205-Userhook error".
- The error screen shot will be as shown in the below figure
From the above screen shot it is clear that when the counter PA tried to deposit for the account but the system shown the Userhook error.
Root Cause of the above Problem:-
The above problem occurs when the customer CIF id is in suspension state the same can be inquired in CMRC menu.
Solution for the Above problem:-
- Invoke the menu CMRC select the function as Unsuspend and also enter the reason code for reverting the customer status in the system finally submit and verify the same in the supervisor
- In the next proceed for transactions.
- Note: Inquire first of all why It was suspended
